                                                                         WARRANTY

• All products come with a 1 Year Warranty. It starts from the date it is shown as “delivered” according to the courier. To be covered, you must report the fault to us within 1 year.

• We will be responsible for all repair and inspection costs if the product is determined to be faulty (manufacturing fault). We will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you.
• If we’re unable to repair the faulty product, then we will either provide you with a brand new replacement or a refund of the original product price.
• The repair process may take up to 30 business days.
• Our warranty services cover only manufacturing defects. We have the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation. We have the right to decide whether we repair, replace or refund.
• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. You will be responsible for the package’s safe return to us.
• Network dependent features or firmware related issues will not be covered. Except for memory card, our limited warranty will not cover accessories.

                                                                       Returns Policy

·         If the item you have received is defective in any way, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the item with the same item type.

·          Items should be returned with original packages and accessories.

·         Defective products must be informed within 3 days of receipt and returned within 14 days. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address & return item in received condition, without any physical changes (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet), complete package as received.

·         Return postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for return items. 
Customers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.

·         If returned goods isn't quality problem but caused by buyer miss-judgement,

·          we will charge the shipping cost for resend or refund the payment not including shipping cost.

·         Items that are tampered with or modified by buyer will not be accepted for Refund or Exchange.

·         We will not accept items back if buyer changes his mind after receiving the item.

·          Under no circumstances will we accept the item back for Future Credit.

• Buyer needs to specify his preferred color, otherwise we'll make the decision.
• No Negative feedback bidders.
• All descriptions are listed in an honest fashion. There will be no refunds for items unless exceptional circumstances.
• All sales are final, please ask all questions before bidding to avoid getting an item you are not happy with.
• Item number of the auction and your shipping address MUST be included in the payment.
• Buyers must contact us in 3 days and payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.
• For every smooth transaction we will leave a positive Feedback.
• Negative feedback will be left to non-paying bidder and cases will be reported to everythinginshop, so don't waste your time if you are a fraud.
• We reserve the right to decline order in some rare circumstances.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
